  • Visit our ‘Travel & Stay’ page for information on travel, lodging and transportation. We suggest booking a place to stay as soon as possible. Contact us at sofiaydavid2024@gmail.com with any questions not addressed here.

  • What is the dress code for the weekend?
    Friday’s evening welcome party will be casual/come as you are!
    Saturday’s ceremony and reception will be beach formal. Think jacket, no tie for men and bright cocktail, tea length or maxi dresses for women. Essentially, no flip-flops :) Remember, it’ll be warm so be sure to wear lightweight materials or layers you can take off. 

  • Are kids invited to the wedding?
    We love your kiddos! However, we’re keeping these events kids-free.

  • What time will events start?
    Welcome Party    : 8:00pm! We’ll be there till 10:00pm at least.

  • Wedding: The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. We’ll be arranging transportation to pick everyone up, so we’ll be in touch with each of you about those details.

  • Will wedding activities be indoors or outdoors?
    All wedding festivities will be outdoors. If it’s raining, we’ll be under shelter. 

  • What will the weather be like?
    Expect temperatures in the mid 70s to low 80s during the day, high 60s/low 70s at night. Warm enough to enjoy some time on the beach! Rain showers are possible, although it will not be rainy season.

  • How do I get to the wedding events? Will there be parking?
    Welcome Party    : There is limited parking next to Caddy’s Calypso (venue of the Welcome party). We will arrange transportation to and from Friday’s welcome party for those staying in Rincón.

  • Wedding: We will arrange transportation to and from Saturday’s ceremony/reception for those staying in Rincón.

  • There is no Uber/Lyft in Rincón and limited parking at the welcome party & wedding venue. Visit ‘Travel & Stay’ for more information on transportation.

  • When is the RSVP deadline?
    Wednesday, November 15 - Please     RSVP HERE by then.

  • What is there to do and eat in Rincón?
    Lots! Check out the     Things to Do page for activity and restaurant suggestions. But plan on going to the beach!
